Sorry to use up list space, I just really want to put a fine point on this.
If your Suzuki harmonica does not meet your expectations, and you are in the
US, we at Suzuki want to make it right, particularly if it is within the one
year warranty period.
But you must call us at 800-854-1594, and get an RA number from me at
extension 126. I am only there on Tuesday and Thursday, but you can call and
leave a message any time, including a number at which you can be reached on
those days.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but at least the warranty work
is free.
